Day 1 is all about the hustle: the early morning start, the changing landscapes from the Brahmaputra plains to the winding Teesta roads, and that unmistakable feeling of the air getting cooler as we climb higher. Being solo means navigating the trains/taxis alone, meeting strangers, and soaking in every bit of the mountain magic at my own pace.
