A fresh encounter has broken out in the Dolgam area of Kishtwar, Jammu and Kashmir, involving Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists who had escaped earlier raids on 18, 22, and 24 January. The Indian Army and SOG are reportedly engaging and have trapped 2–3 terrorists in a continuing counter-terrorism operation.
