Hey guys, here is another log video, sorry I'll get some other events soon. Well once again I was doing rep work as I get ready for my competition in Philly on the 4th and and ended up hitting 300 x 7. The last rep is a little sketchy on the lock out with my left arm. It's weird, since I tore my right pec a little over a year ago, my right arm is much more flexible and locks out easier on overhead events. And you'll notice that my left arm has trouble locking out and that's from my left side still being too tight. Although I stretch everyday for atleast 45 min... I need to start hitting this part of my body more or it could result in another injury. I also started getting some more ART work done and that will help too. Hope you guys enjoy the video.
