In early 2022, I discovered that for the majority of my life, I've suffered from a mental illness known as OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). It's a debilitating condition in which sufferers are bombarded with obsessions, the contents of intrusive, unwanted thoughts. These obsessions are followed by compulsions, (rituals, whether mental or physical) that attempt to relieve the negative emotions and sensations that arise from the obsessions.

I spent the rest of the year in therapy, where I finally began to truly understand myself and how my mind works. As I learned more about the condition and listened to stories from my fellow OCD sufferers, the spark that is the idea for this video began to ignite. From there, I sought to share my story with the world to help them, the internet generation and individuals with their mental health.

Clocking in at just over 8 hours, I present a culmination of all my thoughts, grievances and opinions on the current state of the world as of 2022 (plus close to an hour of my updated perspectives as of 2025), along with how the internet has influenced it and what we can do to navigate our current society among other things both previously mentioned and more!

We can't always have full control, uncertainty's the name.
Yet we usually try to, all the same.
Of course, when it comes to that, all or none often can't be done.
There are both deeds that we can and can't do.
Sometimes, we try and succeed in at least some way.
Sometimes, we may not see it through.
Time marches on all throughout.
It’s limited for us, and that fact can make us pout.
But at least take hold of compassion for yourself
as you process and make progress.
The past, history. The future, mystery. The present, a gift, often said.
So beware of the notions to dwell or to dread.
To perceive any of the three as always threats will only lead to eventual regret.
As such, interpretation becomes our situation.
So where possible and reasonable, cultivate to rehabilitate.
Above all, at least in some way, be sure to make the most of every day,
whether that means doing more, doing less, or doing things differently.
Making moves, big or small, or just for a moment...
