Growing Tomatoes and Bell Peppers Indoors Under Grow lights (Part 1)

Описание: This year I will be expanding my indoor vegetable garden. I am experimenting with growing bell peppers and tomatoes plants ( cherry tomatoes) indoors under grow lights. I am up for the challenge.

The key to successfully growing vegetables plants indoors is understanding the proper lighting required it needs to thrive. Specifically, tomatoes and peppers are sun-loving crops. If you are going to use natural light, having a large southern-facing windows may provide you with good direct light. If not, considered a grow light. I preferred to use T5 fluorescent lights because they provide light on both ends of the spectrum, are very close to natural daylight and won’t burn the plants.
