Ep 13/30 of easy weight loss recipes ✨️ Chicken fajita rice ❤️
Ingredients: (Serves 4)
350g cubed chicken breast
1½ medium sized onion, sliced
1 medium sized tomato, sliced
1/2 medium sized green, red and yellow bell pepper each
3 tbsp olive oil
3/4 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
3½ tbsp fajita seasoning
3 cup of cooked rice
Chopped herbs of choice
Recipe:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add the cubed chicken with the paprika, garlic powder, pepper powder and salt. Mix well and cook until the chicken is slightly fried. Add the sliced onion, bell peppers, tomato, fajita seasoning with 1 cup of water and cook covered on medium low-flame until the water dissolves and is dried.
2. Add the cooked rice and choice herbs to the pan and mix well until combined. Serve hot and enjoyy.
