Anupam Ghatak Nachiketa Ghosh Pankaj Kumar Mallik Salil Chowdhury Soumen Thakur Sudhin Das Gupta and Sudhirlal Chakraborty to name a few.

At the height of his career Dwijen Mukherjee got involved with the administration of some of the premiere music institutes. He is a member of the Experts Committee and the Selection Committee of Visva-Bharati Music Board in Calcutta. He is also an examiner for Rabindra Sangeet at Visva-Bharati University in Santiniketan.

Unlike his contemporaries his career in playback singing did not flourish. He sang some Rabindra Sangeet in films like Kshudita Pashan and Sandhya Raag and thereby got the opportunity to work with Ustad Ali Akbar Khan and Pandit Ravi Shankar.
