This video covers the step-by-step process of buying I Bonds through treasurydirect.gov and also covers how to purchase I Bonds through Yotta and their I Bond Bucket.

It's important that we don't expose these types of savings to risk, and that's where transitioning this money over to I-Bonds can be a great strategy to combat inflation.

The 9.62% semiannual I Bond rate is coming to an end on October 31st, 2022, which means you MUST purchase them by October 28th in order to lock in this rate. Since the November 2022 I Bond rate is expected to drop down to 6.48%, this is your last chance to lock in the 9.62% rate.
