🥢 Stir-Fried Rice Cakes
‣ 🍚 400g Korean rice cakes
‣ 🥚 4 eggs
‣ 🌭 2 chicken sausages
‣ 🥕 1 medium carrot
‣ 🧅 1 onion
‣ 🥬 ½ cabbage
‣ 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
‣ 🍶 2 tbsp soy sauce
‣ 🌑 1 tsp dark soy sauce
‣ 🦪 1 tbsp oyster sauce

‣ 🧄 2–3 cloves garlic
‣ 🍶 1 tbsp soy sauce
‣ 🦪 1 tbsp oyster sauce
‣ 🌑 ½ tsp black pepper
‣ 🌽 1 tsp cornstarch
‣ 🍶 1 tbsp soy sauce for marinade
‣ 🍳 1 tbsp oil

🍇 Green Grape Fizz
‣ 🍇 7–8 green grapes
‣ 🧊 4–5 ice cubes
‣ 🥤 200ml Sprite or Sprite Zero
‣ 🥛 1 bottle Yakult

🍪 Matcha Cookies
‣ 🍬 45g brown sugar
‣ 🍬 60g white sugar
‣ 🧂 2.2g salt
‣ 🧈 150g unsalted butter
‣ 🥚 2 eggs about 75g
‣ 🌾 250g cake flour
‣ 🍵 13g matcha powder
‣ 🥄 2.2g baking powder
‣ 🥄 2.2g baking soda
‣ 🍫 200g chocolate
‣ 🌰 150g almonds

🍵 Matcha Latte
‣ 🍵 20g matcha powder
‣ 💧 100g warm water
‣ 🧊 Ice cubes
‣ 🥛 Whole milk
‣ 🍯 10g syrup
