Bushnell’s new book, "Terrorism, Betrayal, and Resilience: My Story of the 1998 U.S. Embassy Bombings", she shares her personal experience during her posting as Ambassador of the United States to Kenya from 1996 to 1999.
The American Embassy in Kenya was Bombed by al-Qaeda in 1998 when Amb. Bushnell was the head of mission.
