Yuzu Long Island Iced Tea
An elevated twist on the club banger. The original Long Island Iced Tea is a lineup of clear spirits tied together with citrus and cola. This version keeps the bones but sharpens the structure with yuzu running through every layer.
You get layered citrus, a touch of smoke from the mezcal, clean dryness from the shochu, and a spiced backbone from the Iyoshi cola concentrate instead of a flat splash of cola.
20 ml yuzu vodka
20 ml high-proof shochu
20 ml blanco tequila
20 ml mezcal
20 ml yuzu liqueur
10 ml Iyoshi Cola concentrate
10 ml rich simple syrup
15 ml yuzu juice
Shake with ice until cold, then strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Top with soda and garnish with a lemon coin.
