CHEESECAKE TACOS RECIPE | WAFFLE CONE TACOS FILLED WITH CHEESECAKE | NO BAKE CHEESECAKE RECIPE

Описание: So cute and fun for summer! These waffle cone tacos are filled with the MOST DELICIOUS cream cheese cheesecake filling. You'll love these! So easy to make and perfect for a BBQ or a picnic! RECIPE BELOW!

Ingredients

homemade taco shells (recipe here)

24 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
4 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup whipping cream
2/3 cup mini chocolate chips
5 graham crackers, crushed

Directions

1. When shaping the taco shells, bend them over an offset spatula and gently shape into a taco shape. Hold in place until cooled. Repeat as you make more taco shells.
2. To make the cheesecake filling, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the sugar and beat until combined. Add the vanilla extract and whipping cream and mix until well combined. Add the mini chocolate chips and mixed until fully incorporated.
3. Spoon the filling into a piping bag with a large, round tip. Pipe the filling into the taco shells. Top with graham crackers and enjoy!
