Week 4 of 75 Hard is officially in the books 🤍
Between a few workouts, Christmas with my besties and my nephew, and lots of yapping (of course), this vlog is more about presence than perfection. The holidays can easily throw routines off, but this week reminded me that discipline doesn’t disappear just because life gets busy, it just looks a little different!
This vlog is very much a real-time glimpse into my life right now while moving my body, spending time with people I love, reflecting, resetting, and allowing myself grace while still honoring the promises I made to myself.
75 Hard is teaching me that consistency isn’t about being rigid it’s about choosing discipline even when circumstances change. Especially during seasons like the holidays.
