Описание: So I brought the steak house home with this simple steak and potato dinner and everyone was happy. The kids tore into the steaks like crazy and they surprised me with hoe much they loved the potatoes...though we had to brush off all the garlic and onions! Ingredients For Steak:
4Lb (2 Lb each) ribeye steaks with bone in
8 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 small sprigs of thyme
salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients for Garlic Butter Baby Potatoes
1.5 LB medley baby potatoes
6 cloves garlic
Half of a large onion
1.5- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients For sautéed Zucchini
2 medium sized zucchini
2 medium sized yellow squash
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 sprigs of thyme
salt and pepper to taste.
