Why do we say ‘just push through’ for mental pain? 🧠
Because unlike physical pain, mental pain is often invisible…
yet the expectation to “carry on” is everywhere.
We hide it.
We ignore it.
We convince ourselves it’s weaker to speak up.
But pushing through doesn’t heal — it silences.
And silence keeps too many people struggling alone.
We took this question to the streets —
and the answers were raw, honest, and deeply human.
Behind every “I’m fine” is a story of quiet endurance.
Behind every conversation is the chance to change how we treat mental health.
Conversations like this matter because silence keeps the cycle going…
but understanding breaks it.

THE REAL QUESTION:
In one word, what would make people feel safe sharing mental pain?
(Support? Listening? Understanding? Compassion?)
Then finish this sentence:
“I’d feel more able to speak up about my mental health if…”
Your words could give someone else the courage to be heard. 💬

You are not alone.
Question for you:
👉 Why do you think society tells people to “just push through” mental pain — and how can we change that?
