For the money, this is fantastic and I'd venture to say it's under-priced for the performance it offers.
We used it for cutting 9mm thick 617x307mm ceramic floor tiles, all of which were cut smoothly and effortlessly, if a little slowly. It's highly reliable and is still cutting smoothly, on the original blade, after slicing 64 tiles including cutting strips for upstands and making diagonal cuts to accommodate pipes. Would definitely recommend it and would happily buy it again.
