Hey friends. I'm stepping out my comfort zone to try something new this year. I want to share my experiences as an independent artist to inspire and help other fellow artists. And we're starting off with 7 mindset tips I'm applying to my art in 2024.
This was a stream of consciousness really...so it isn't as refined as I'd like it to be. But bare with me. I'm just getting started. Big shout out to @frdiforartists who really inspired me to take the leap into doing this. Check his content out. it's incredible for artists.
7 mindset tips:
Tip 1 - Finish your music. Release it. Stop Overthinking.
Tip 2 - Focus on Original Music. Own your Masters. Build your Catalog.
Tip 3 - Don’t Take Negative Feedback Personal.
Tip 4 - Enjoy the Process by Making Music for Yourself.
Tip 5 - Do What’s Best for the Song. Not for your Ego.
Tip 6 - Collaborate with other Artists.
Tip 7 - Find your Community and Give Back to Build Relationships.
