The 'Filipino Instant Pot Cookbook' has been a really popular cookbook available on Amazon and it has many popular Filipino dishes that you can cook in the Instant Pot.
In this video I try the recipe in the book for Puto, which is a steamed rice cake! Many times this is made with cheese, and actually has a lot of different ways to make it. In the video, I also use a dash of ube extract (that ube hype) to make the puto a nice deep purple!
