How much wood would a woodchuck
chuck if a woodchuck would chuck wood?
And now much wood would a woodchuck
chuck if a woodchuck only could?
Now, a woodchuck could make good and
would but there ain't no reason why he should.
But how much wood would a woodchuck
chuck if a woodchuck would chuck wood?

The woodchuck tongue twister as reproduced here is from the refrain of the "Woodchuck Song," by Robert Hobart Davis and Theodore F. Morse.
That song helped make the tongue twister very famous.
But the tongue twister had been around since 1901 (one newspaper printed a version in 1901).
The song was introduced in an American summer hit comedy musical "The Runaways," which had a run of 167 performances between May and October in 1903 at New York City's Casino Theater.
The cover of sheet music features singer Fay Templeton.
To chuck wood is to throw it.
A woodchuck is a groundhog.
The question is this: Exactly how much wood would be thrown by a woodchuck if that groundhog was capable of doing it and was in the mood?
Woodchucks don't actually chuck (throw) wood.
The groundhop is a burrowing rodent--woodhucks only toss around dirt.
Moreover, it's a badly worded question since no time frame is giving. Are you talking about how much wood can be tossed in one hour or one afternoon or one full day or two weeks?
But let's say 700 pounds of wood just to have an nonsense answer for a nonsense question.
