i've heard from my friends listening to the previews this music apparently sounds like it could be in a video game, maybe i should make something like that at some point ? what would it even be about ?
anyway, i tried experimenting with JI this time, instead of an equal temperament, and i really like the results
i named this "archn't" because it just wouldn't work if you tempered out 64/63 (for those that aren't nerds, the result of that is called archy temperament)
due to 64/63 being a few different steps in the scale i tend to use both melodically and harmonically
melodically because it sounds cool
harmonically because .. it sounds cool . that's what the weird shimmery effect is btw
