President Hassan Rouhani has told world powers that Iran will stop implementing 'some commitments' under the 2015 nuclear deal.
But in a letter to ambassadors of the UK, France, Germany, China and Russia. Rouhani emphasised Iran was still committed to the deal despite the US withdrawal last year.
