In this 18-minute practice, I'll guide you through 15 movement patterns to promote mobility / stability, dynamic stretching, and fluid movement (flow).
This practice emphasizes hip mobility with squatting variations. We'll also incorporate elements of upper body stretching & ground movement. The practice is divided into 60 second intervals - in that time you're encouraged to explore, play, and move like you.
