No Press Allowed” — But Is This Sign Even Legal?

In this video, I examine a sign posted on public-facing hospital property that claims “No Photos Allowed on Hospital Grounds.” If the location is accessible to the public, and if it involves a government-run facility, that raises an important question:

Can photography or press activity legally be banned in a public place?
