The "Declaration of a New Order" (Legends), or the "Proclamation of the New Order" (Canon) is the speech given by Emperor Palpatine during Episode III, in which he renames the Republic into the Empire and declares the Jedi enemies of the state. Although the movie only shows a few seconds of this speech, the entire text was made available through Holonet News in 2005, and is now presented in full for your listening and viewing pleasure!
