This early ritual, following smooth completion of evening pujas, allowed thousands of nirjala vrat devotees to break their day-long fast sooner, filling the air with ecstatic chants of "Har Har Mahadev" and "Om Namah Shivaya." While many celebrated it as Lord Shiva's special grace, some arriving late or expecting the usual timing expressed surprise and mild discontent.
