This is a community of Practice (CoP) for special education directors and transition specialists/coordinators in LEAs. This CoP is to better understand Post School Outcomes survey date an survey process.
The meeting reviewed 2025 post-school outcome survey results and discussed challenges in survey administration, including response rates and communication methods. A mixed-methods study conducted with the Utah Education Policy Center analyzed qualitative data from post-school outcome surveys, identifying seven positive high school experiences that contributed to post-school outcomes. The session concluded with a website walkthrough and LEA report analysis, followed by discussions about data access, survey participation, and upcoming meetings.
