I just tried the deboer NEO buoyancy shorts for the first time, and I’m seriously impressed.
They’re made from the same 5mm X-Skin neoprene as deboer’s top wetsuits, and you can feel the quality right away — super light, flexible, and really comfortable.
Even after just one swim, I could tell they help lift the hips and legs perfectly, putting me into a much better body position without needing a pull buoy.
The outside zipper also makes them easy to get on and off, which is a nice touch.
It’s only my first session with them, but they already feel like a great tool for improving technique and simulating wetsuit swimming in the pool. I’m excited to use them more!
