CHICKEN BURGER

Ingredients

Chicken mince ½ kg
Salt 1 tsp
Thyme and oregano powder ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Worcester sauce 1 tbsp
Egg 1 + 1
Fresh bread crumb to coat patty as required
Bread slices soaked in milk 2
Tomato slices as required
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Cheese slices 4
Burger buns 4
Cabbage sliced 1 cup
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp

METHOD

Mix all the seasonings in mince with soaked bread and one egg, make into patty shape, dip in beaten egg, roll in crumbs, shallow fry till light golden on both sides. Heat burger bun, apply lavishly with mayonnaise, put cabbage mixture, fried patty, top with cheese slice, grill for 2 mins till cheese melts slightly then top with tomato slice, again put mayonnaise, cover with top portion of bun and serve with fries.



AFRICAN TIKKA

Ingredients

Chicken joint with leg and breast give cuts ½
Marinate with
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Mustard powder 1 tsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp

METHOD

Marinate chicken with all the given seasonings for at least 2 hours, put on a oven tray, barbecue or bake in a pre-heated oven for 30 mins on 180 D, give dum of coal, serve with paratha or nan.
