When Sam kills a civilian or triggers all alarm, Third Echelon especially Lambert will talk to him in a different manner with all additional objectives cancelled.
These are all of the dialogues I've found so far. While most of them are present during gameplay, some of them went unused entirely or half of it so I provide some information and theories on where and when it could have been triggered from. It is not accurate or true, but you'll be the judge where exactly it was when the game was in development.
Note that several of these "assault" quotes were triggered when Sam killed at least two civilians in a mission. So not all of these are what I've theorized earlier during the production of this video.
