Today let's discuss my shopping list! Here is a brief list of what I typically buy
FRUIT (all kinds, and always bananas - tree fruits, citrus, mangos, berries, sale fruits, etc)
Veg (lots of fruiting veg like peppers, cucumbers and zucchini) and leafy veg (spinach, arugula, kale, romaine, beet greens, etc)
Green onions, tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, mushrooms
Nuts/seeds (I like cashews, walnuts, sesame, flax)
Young Thai Coconut
Dates
Nutritional Yeast and Coconut aminos (soy sauce alternative) Nori sheets (only untoased raw nori) - check www.seaveg.com
Apple Cider Vinegar
Garlic, ginger onions, smoked paprika, thyme, cumin, coriander, garam masala, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, cayenne, himalayan pink salt, oregano, etc. any spices you like!
