Autumn Plains: Complete the long glide to Orb in Autumn Plains

Just thought it may be worth adding on for anyone unsure on this, I got the achievement despite having eaten a butterfly during the boss fight, the fodder was not charged or flamed by myself but destroyed when the ceiling fell in on Crush, so through his own attack. Obviously easier to avoid attacking fodder completely but shows it doesn't negatively impact if you need the health and Crush himself hits the fodder.
