After returning from WAWA (please see our earlier video, WOW! WAWA), we checked in a cottage at Batchawana Bay right on the shores of the mighty Lake Superior in Algoma District. The experience there was stunning, extraordinary, almost surreal! Starting from the sunset, to the awesome sunrise next morning, walk on the Batchawana Bay walking trail, heavy downpour immediately thereafter, and even the simple act of sitting by the lakeside (well it was more like an ocean in fact) on chairs gazing at the vast expanse of the Lake with all its turbulence -- well, it is impossible to do full justice with this extraordinary experience! So we tried to soak in the atmospherics, frequently even with eyes closed simply feeling the strong cold breeze and high decibel sound of water waves crashing on the beachside.

Now it was time to go to other nearby spots of breathtaking natural beauty. Pancake Bay, Old Woman Bay, Katherine Cove and many more, each with its own distinctive appeal in Algoma District.

Finally time to return to the cottage to prepare for next day journey to another great location. Till then, bye!
