Xerath's buff is a meme/joke , don't worry , Ahri gets nerfed, Olaf and Skarner return to relevance, and Zaahen takes heavy hits across the board.

⚔️ CHAMPION BUFFS
→ Xerath —
→ Azir — Q and W damage increased
→ Olaf — Attack Speed + Q slow improved
→ Skarner — Q cost reduced, damage up
→ Tryndamere — Attack Speed adjusted
→ Lissandra — Q cooldown reduced
🔻 CHAMPION NERFS
→ Ahri — Q damage nerfed across the board
→ Zaahen — W and E damage reduced significantly
→ Pyke — Armor nerfed
→ Shen — Q monster damage cap reduced
🛡️ SYSTEM CHANGES
→ Chempunk Chainsword — 100g cheaper
→ Sunfire Aegis — Ruby Crystal added to build path
→ Support Item Penalty — kill allowance increased
