After more than two years of construction, the first phase of Shanghai's first industrial park dedicated specifically to automotive chip design and R&D is now taking shape.
The R&D towers, represented by "Stellar Space," are scheduled for completion before the upcoming Spring Festival. Companies are expected to begin moving in shortly after the holiday.
