🧾 Ingredients
Main Ingredients
🧀 Paneer – 250 grams (cubed)
🌿 Palak (Spinach) – 1 cup
🌿 Coriander leaves – ½ cup
🧅 Onion – 2 medium (chopped)
🧄 Garlic – 6–7 cloves
🌶️ Green chilli – 2
🌶️ Red chilli – 1–2 (dry/fresh)
🍅 Tomato – 2 medium (chopped)
🥜 Cashew (optional) – 5–6
Masala & Spices
🛢️ Oil – 3 tbsp
🌱 Jeera (Cumin seeds) – 1 tsp
🤏 Hing (Asafoetida) – a pinch
🍃 Bay leaf – 1
🌶️ Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
🌿 Coriander powder – 1½ tsp
🍛 Kitchen King masala – 1 tsp
🌶️ Garam masala – ½ tsp
🌿 Kasturi Methi – a pinch
🧂 Salt – to taste

👩🍳 Method
Step 0 – Prep Paneer
🔪 Cut paneer into cubes.
🍳 Shallow fry until lightly golden. Keep aside.
Step 1 – Prepare Green Masala
🛢️ Heat oil in a pan.
🌱 Add jeera, 🤏 hing, 🍃 bay leaf, and 🌶️ red chilli.
🧅 Add onions, 🧄 garlic, and 🌶️ green chilli. Sauté until onions turn golden brown.
🍅 Add tomatoes, 🌿 palak, 🌿 coriander leaves, and 🥜 cashews (after tomatoes are cooked).
🔄 Grind everything into a smooth paste.
🍲 Cook 5–7 minutes until raw smell disappears.
Step 2 – Combine & Cook
🛢️ Heat oil in a pan.
🥣 Add the prepared green masala paste.
💧 Add a little water for gravy consistency.
🌶️ Mix in red chilli powder, 🌿 coriander powder, 🧂 salt, 🍛 Kitchen King masala, 🌿 Kasturi methi, and 🌶️ garam masala.
⏳ Cook 1–2 minutes on low flame and wait for oil to separate.
🧀 Add shallow-fried paneer cubes and mix gently.
⏲️ Cook 2 minutes and switch off flame.
🍽️ Serving Suggestions
🍞 Serve hot with naan, roti, paratha, or jeera rice.
🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander or a little cream (optional).
