Up For A Small Warm Up Challenge?
Here is a 4-Minute Shadow Takedown Drill Workout. See how you like it. Do it today (within 24 hours of seeing this) and post a comment afterwards. If you wish to post a post or during workout selfie that is fine also.
Rules: 1. Set the clock for 4 minutes. Follow along each series (if you have variations go ahead and do them)
2. Take a 3-minute rest and then repeat a second set.
3. If you are advanced then take only 2 minutes rest and repeat and then do a 3rd set.
I hope it will be a great workout. I was getting tired at the end here ha ha.
