Decentralized Offline Mesh Messaging

Описание: This is a live demonstration of SongKet, a decentralized, off-the-grid mesh messaging app built to keep communities connected during severe internet blackouts (inspired by the Bangladesh July Uprising and 2024 floods).

In this video, we test the app in real-time across 2 Android phones to showcase how our Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) mesh network operates completely without Wi-Fi, cellular data, or central servers.

Key features working in this demo:
True peer-to-peer offline connection between devices
Secure Personal Direct Messaging (DM) independent from the public mesh
Military-Grade End-to-End Encryption (X25519 + AES-256-GCM) — completely sniffing-proof
Instant message delivery & intelligent routing
Emergency Wipe mechanism (triple-tap the logo to instantly destroy all local data)

SongKet ensures that whether facing natural disasters or deliberate state-sponsored blackouts, people remain connected, coordinated, and safe.

Built for the July Hackathon 2026.
