In this video I'll show you how to 'backdate the heat' in your Aircooled Porsche 911. Why should you backdate your heat?

More room in engine bay, easier to service
Looks better, cleans up visually
Originally, all Porsche 911s had heater setups like this, but at some point they decided they needed to add extra hoses and splitters and 12v blowers so that people can have better heat while idling in traffic. Given that most 911s are not sitting in traffic and used in cold/winter conditions anymore, it makes sense to clean up your engine, make more room for easier service, and lose some weight! I'll show you how to do it!
