Just a quick video showing the two locations for the Lost Ghost Akasha as part of "The Ascendant" quest. The first location in the Dark Monastery, the second on Dreaming City.

These are quite simple to find, but these are the sort of things people end up searching for, even if the tracker shows you where it is. So to save some time for people, I'll upload these quick videos for their locations.

You get these quests after finishing the campaign and completing the post-campaign quests with Micah. Eventually you unlock these fetch quests.
