Today, we are making our chewy brownies recipe packed with gooey melted chocolate. The result is very delicious with that exceptional chewy texture you'll experience while eating with so much pleasure. This recipe is somehow the opposite of brownies brittle.
The Ingredients are as follows:
1. ½ cup melted Butter
2. 3/4 cup Sugar
3. 1 whole Egg plus 1 egg yolk
4. 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
5. ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
6. ½ cup Cocoa Powder
7. ½ tsp. Salt (if using unsalted butter)
8. 1 cup of chopped Semi Sweet Chocolate
