Based on the book The Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth by Peter Kelder the book shares a set of 5 powerful stretches believed to provide incredible health benefits. For over 25 years I've personally seen how effective this daily stretching routine can be and want to make it a series in order to keep myself on track as well!
The full length video (Feel Better Now) shows 21 reps of the 5 Stretches to demonstrate the total time involved. It takes 12 minutes and it requires no equipment. If you stick it out, learn and perfect the breathing and technique of each stretch you can duplicate these results. It gives you more energy and it makes you feel more at ease.
Starting is the hardest part, and this series of videos is designed to help you. We'll break down the form and breathing to get you started safely.
This is a lifetime event you start and return to, even if you miss a few days. Take it slow, listen to your body, and feel the profound change a regular morning routine can bring.
