News 4 Studio Session: Lowcountry native Joel Timmons

Описание: MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCIV) - Lowcountry musical artist Joel Timmons and his wife Shelby Means stopped by News 4's studio to play some soon-to-be released music and talk about their musical journey together.

A Sullivan's Island native and Wando High School alum, it took Joel traveling to Tennessee to meet his wife Shelby. They met while playing in separate bands at the Bristol Rhythm and Roots festival. The two have been married for seven years.

Timmons and Means have released two albums together as the musical duo Sally & George, however, Joel is all set to release his debut solo album "Psychedelic Surf Country" Friday, Feb. 7.
