Описание: From rusty hardware to patterned steel—watch me turn old nails into a Damascus knife in an immersive ASMR build. I bundle and tack-weld the nails, forge the billet hot to consolidate, then draw, restack, and refine for tighter layers. After profiling the blade and grinding clean bevels, a controlled heat treatment locks in hardness and toughness. Hand sanding dials in the geometry, and a ferric chloride etch reveals the flowing Damascus pattern born from those old nails. Finally, I fit and pin a custom wooden handle, finish and oil it, then bring the edge to a razor with stones and a leather strop. No voiceover—just raw shop audio: sparks, hisses, scrapes, and the final slice test.
