The footage shows the man's vehicle fishtailing as the truck driver swerves through the streets of Los Angeles. The couple who shot the video said it continued for a full 10 minutes, with the Nissan Altima owner on the back the entire time. It eventually ended when cops pulled the truck over. The man who jumped on the truck told Inside Edition he was a little over a month behind on his payments. #InsideEdition
