Описание: Digging a detention pond for the new business where I built the big pad. The detention pond collects all the stormwater runoff on the property and holds it while it slowly drains to the ditch by the road. The city requires these on commercial properties to help control water runoff from heavy rains or flash floods. The size of them are determined by the size of the property and the size of the building including the number of downspouts. Some commercial properties have them under the parking lot in big plastic pipes with clean rock. This one is the least expensive option.
