My Water Therapy Exercises 8 Weeks After Spine Surgery: BACK TO THE POOL

Описание: As a Pilates, Fitness, Water Aerobic Instructor who has been active and taking care of my health for the entire life, I would never imagine in the million years, that that will happen to me!
I herniated my disk so bad ( car accident many years ago+ being too stupid to lift heavy objects on my own ;-( are mostly to blame !), that eventually I had no other choice to have a spine surgery :-(
I was in so much pain ( pinched nerve is a horrible pain!!!!) that after all the other methods failed, I honestly could not wait for the scheduled surgery. One week wait time felt forever. Each hour in pain is one to many ...
Now it is time to heal. Learn and grow. And hopefully do smarter choices in the future.
I am forever grateful my my doctors and physical therapy team for the fast diagnosis and help.
Now it is my turn: strengthen the entire body and grow from here.

I hope you guys only do this workout with me because you love water workouts :-) But just in case you are also recovering from an injury, I am happy to have the best company and experience this journey together. Stay active, stay consistent, get better quickly .

All levels welcome! You can effectively complete it with no equipment, or choose aqua gear that I recommend and use in this video:
For additional challenge I recommend using Resistance Ankle Weights, as well Swim Paddles or Aqua Gloves.
