Sky News Australia brings together some of the nation’s most powerful advocates, going head-to-head on one of the biggest questions of a generation – should an Indigenous Voice to Parliament be enshrined in the Australian constitution?
Supporting The Voice, Constitutional Lawyer Dr Shireen Morris and From the Heart Director Dean Parkin. Opposing The Voice, Senator Jacinta Nampijinpa Price and Sky News host Andrew Bolt.
Under the proposal, a constitutionally enshrined Voice to Parliament would be a permanent body representing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples that would advise the government on policies relating to Indigenous issues.
Hosted by Sky News host Chris Kenny, The Voice Debate explores the arguments both for and against a Voice to Parliament, as Australia prepares to decide in a national referendum.
