The Philippine government and the Communist Party have agreed to resume peace talks after a six-year hiatus. Successful negotiations could lead to an end to one of Asia's longest communist insurgencies. This comes less than a week after Philippine President Marcos Jr issued an order granting amnesty to several rebel groups. Buena Bernal reports.
