So I was able to get some 4mm Round belt on amazon:
"Round Belt 4mm OD 13Ft High-Performance Urethane Belting Green"
and then was able to melt that together, clean it up, and after doing a quick 'material removal' for the guard, was able to get everything installed and working. Also put a piece of cork board under the motor to try and reduce vibration..not sure if it helped or was really needed.
But now I get to figure out how to use it, and figure out if it is really something I will even really need, or if I just need to see about passing it on to someone else. For now though I need to figure out how to use it and come up with a project to do that. But, this was a success...I can now run it on my 220v setup.
