"Celebrate Ventnor Day on Saturday 14th August from 12pm-5pm at Ventnor Park!

Hosted by the Ventnor Carnival Association and Ventnor Town Council, this day is to celebrate the strength of the town's community spirit with music, performance, stalls and food in the picturesque setting of the park.

At the Bandstand performers include Vectis Corps of Drums, Greg Barnes, Olly Fry, The Hillmans, The Hooleys, Last Chance City, Corrine Atkins, and The Ventnor Darlings. At the Putting Green – Lucoustic, She Shells Shanty Group, Baker’s Dozen Morris, Wight Variety, Corrinne Atkins, and Ventnor Theatre Group.

There will be many stalls from local and Island based community groups and charities and over 50 arts and craft stalls. We also welcome The Spyglass Pirate Ship and Barrell Organ, Ventnor Comic Jazz band and a wide range of food and drink, thanks to Lady Scarlett’s Tea Parlour, Jules Ices and Tee in The Park.

There will be lots of activities for all ages and at 2.00pm Ventnor Carnival’s Children’s Fancy Dress."
